I'm Janus, a producer, mixer and DJ from Ghent. You might know me from Compact Disk Dummies. Most of my time goes into making and mixing records, and the rest of it into fixing and building synths at my workbench, under the name Amped Voltz.

What I can do for your record
Here's where I usually come in. Sometimes it's one of these, often it's a bit of everything. Tell me what your track needs and we'll sort it out.
01 / mixing
Mixing
I mix singles, albums and commercial work. The idea is simple: it should sound right on a club system, on a festival PA and on someone's earbuds.
02 / engineering
Engineering & recording
Recording, editing and production engineering. That includes synth sessions: if your track needs real hardware synths on it, I've got the instruments and I'll play and record the parts.
03 / support
Synth & production support
You write the song. I'm not there to take that over. What I bring is fourteen years around synths and production, so I can help you get there: programming parts, finding the right sounds, recording hardware, tightening the arrangement until it sounds like the track you were imagining.

Live playback & MIDI systems
Live setups built to not break. The DAW sends MIDI straight to the hardware synths on stage, so the band plays the parts that matter and the machines handle the rest. Fewer things to go wrong when it counts.

Amped Voltz
Amped Voltz is my workshop. I fix, restore and calibrate synths and audio gear, old and new, and I build my own from scratch. If your synth is broken, drifting out of tune or you want it modded, send it my way.

On the floor
No fixed tempo or genre. I move through indie dance, electro, house and a load of my own edits, and mostly just follow the room.
